THIS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY THIRD PARTY HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEMS WE SELL OR INTEGRATE INTO ANY OF OUR CUSTOM BUILT CABINET HUMIDORS. YOU AGREE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SUCH THIRD PARTY HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEMS.
Returns for Items Other Than Cabinet Humidors and Ashtrays
Subject to a restocking fee of $25.00 USD, we refund the full price of your purchases for a period of five (5) days from the date they are delivered to your shipping address. After the five (5) day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To start the refund or exchange process, please email us at email@example.com. We will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be (i) unused; (ii) in the same condition you received it in; and (iii) in the original packaging. In addition, we do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase.
If your product was damaged on arrival, you may elect to exchange your product rather than seek a refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery, which we determine at our sole discretion. To assist us with the determination, please email photos of your product to us as soon as is practical and in any event, no later than 24 hours from the date you receive your order.
Return and Exchange Costs and Required Tracking Codes
Organizing return shipping for either the return or exchange of any products and all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs, duties and any applicable taxes are your responsibility. In the event of any foreign currency conversion fees or losses arising from the return or exchange, you agree to pay for such fees or losses.
It is your responsibility to ensure your return shipping method includes a tracking code to confirm delivery to us. You must email us your tracking code to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is also your responsibility to insure the items while in transit. Our regular shipping rates and fees will apply to your new order being shipped to you, arising from any exchange.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item and whether your refund has been approved.
Unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed until the item in question has been returned to us. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are unable to issue a refund using a different payment method. If more than seven (7) days pass from the time you returned your item and you have not received your refund, please email us at the address above.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order placed on our website if shipping has not yet been processed by us and so long as you make the cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, you must email us at email@example.com and provide us with reference to your order details and the specific products you would like to cancel. If you wish to discuss your order with us, please call 1-800-291-7027. You agree to pay for and cover any foreign currency conversion fees, or other fees we incur as a result of your order cancellation.
My Product was Damaged on Arrival
If you received an item from us that was damaged on arrival, please take photos of the product as soon as possible and email them to us when commencing your return request.
